JC Waller & Associates, PC is minority-owned, civil and surveying engineering firm located in Greensboro, North Carolina. Our Firm is a certified Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) providing civil design and surveying services throughout the State of North Carolina. Experience

JC Waller & Associates, PC principals have a combined 40+ years of experience in civil design, construction management and surveying; which provides a learned approach as we continue to provide civil engineering consulting services in a growing market. Located in Greensboro, North Carolina, we have the capacity and professional qualifications to plan, implement and complete multiple large and small complex technical projects. Our engineering and surveying expertise and resources enable our staff to be responsive to our Clients’ needs.

JUHANN WALLER, D.Des., PE

Juhann Waller, CEO, Principal at JC Waller & Associates, PC has more than 19 years of experience in design, management and construction administration of civil engineering projects in the areas of site development, water and sewer utilities, stormwater design management and roadway improvements for projects ranging from $30 thousand to $100 million dollars total construction value. Juhann is very passionate about the firm’s success as well as that of his clients.

Juhann is a resident of Guilford County and is a proficient drummer. He has participated in the Call for Drummers for the Fourth of July celebration in Greensboro.

Mr. Hunter has over 28 years of Land Surveying experience in the areas of corridor surveys for water and sanitary sewer infrastructure development projects. Mr. Hunter’s experience includes performing boundary topographical and location surveys and construction staking for these projects.

Sherry has been with JC Waller & Associates, PC since its inception. She began as the Administrative Assistant, but the Company realized her skill was more of an artistic nature, therefore, she became the Marketing Associate responsible for the branding of the Company. Sherry is also responsible for the Human Resource Department.
