CITY OF GOLDSBORO

GOLDSBORO FIRE STATION/POLICE STATION RENOVATIONS - Provided the site/civil engineering services for an 8,000 gsf Evidence Storage and Office building addition to the existing Police Station while simultaneously providing site/civil engineering services for a new 3,700 gsf fire station. The site design encompassed the design site layout, landscaping, site water and sewer infrastructure, site grading and erosion control and site handicap accessibility.

NC DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

SALT BARN ADDITION - Provided civil site design for the addition of a new salt barn at the Division 10 facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. Site work consisted of Schematic/Conceptual Site Layout Plan that reflected the proposed salt barn modifications and site improvements. Provided Bid Administration, Construction Administration and Project Closeout Services.

CITY OF GREENSBORO

FIRE STATIONS #7 & #56 - Provided the site/civil engineering services for a new 12,000 and 8,000 gsf fire stations. The site design encompassed the design site layout, public and controlled access staff parking areas, landscaping, a site water and sewer infrastructure, grading and erosion control and site handicap accessibility.
