MCLAURIN FARMS

WOODS OF TERROR - Provided civil site design and amusement attraction permitting services for the construction of several new/revised attractions. The attraction design included ADA accessible paths, site grading and landscape design. Obtained all state and local permits.

GREENSBORO COLISEUM

CHARLOTTE HORNETS D-LEAGUE (SWARM) FIELDHOUSE - Provided civil engineering design and construction administration services for the renovation of the existing tenant structure to a new Fieldhouse. The improvements consisted of an 8,500-square foot building addition and the associated site improvements. Also performed underground utility location and design survey around the existing tent structure consisting of 4.0 acres. Landscape Design Collaborative provided the landscape design.

GUILFORD COUNTY SCHOOLS

SOUTHEAST HIGH SCHOOL TENNIS COURTS - Provided civil/site engineering services for the design of a six USTA regulation hard surface tennis courts. The tennis court design included grading, drainage, and tennis court accessory selection. Obtained all required local, state and federal permits.
