JC Waller & Associates, PC has a team of dedicated professionals developing sites that are sensitive to low-impact and sustainable development as well as being comfortable for human use. We offer a comprehensive solution to our Clients when developing or replacing undersized or failing culverts or stormwater drainage systems. We utilize a comprehensive approach to achieve project objectives that includes hydrologic and hydraulic modeling of existing systems, identification of candidate solutions, detailed system analysis and engineering design, project permitting, construction plan and specification preparation, sediment and erosion control plan preparation and construction administration.

UNION SQUARE UNIVERSITY INFRASTRUCTURE & BMP DESIGN

UNION SQUARE UNIVERSITY CAMPUS DD/CD PHASE - Provided BMP design services and a stormwater management plan for the construction of a 140,000 square foot research and classroom building at the new Downtown Union Square Campus. The stormwater management plan included performing an evaluation of the downstream stormsewer system to determine the impact proposed development on the existing storm sewer system. The BMP design included a 600-square foot underground sandfilter device which was design and permitted in accordance with state and local standards.

NEW ZION MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH

STORMWATER MANAGEMENT & BMP DESIGN - Provided construction administration services for the construction of approximately 500 LF of 6” water line and 600 LF of 8” sanitary sewer main for the conformance to the standards of the City of Greensboro and the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality Public Water Supply and Water Quality Sections.  Obtained all applicable state and local permits.
